Cost: $100
We handpick hotels that match your style, preferences, and budget, drawing on firsthand knowledge and trusted local connections. Every booking comes with personalized guidance and added touches to make your stay feel true to you. Plus, we are often able to enhance your stay with perks like complimentary upgrades, hotel credits, or welcome amenities.
If an Airbnb or vacation rental is more your style, we can also help to match you with your ideal home away from home.
We help with basic round-trip airport transportation, as well as restaurant and activity suggestions.
Planning fees are non-refundable.
To ensure that we are making a positive impact on the destinations we serve, we donate 5% of our hotel commission to a local social or environmental impact project.

Weekend Getaway, 1-5 people: $150 flat fee
Up to 10 days, 1-5 people: $400 flat fee
11+ days, 1-5 people: Pricing varies based on the scope of the trip.
Last-Minute Travel Fee (less than four weeks from departure): $200
We start with a 30-minute, in-depth consultation to learn your travel goals, then craft a day-by-day plan that blends must-see highlights with our insider favorites. Expect curated accommodations, activities, and dining tailored to your pace.
A custom itinerary package includes arranging on-the-ground transportation, restaurant reservations, activity bookings, plus support while you’re on your trip.

No two trips are alike, so our small group trips are priced to reflect the level of customization and planning of each trip.
Our Small Group services are for groups larger than 5 people, and include planning, proposal, hotel reservations, coordinating group ground transportation, and itinerary curation.

Our VIP Clients enjoy a full year of unlimited, bespoke travel planning. Whether it’s a spontaneous weekend escape or a multi-country adventure, think of us as your personal travel concierge, on call whenever inspiration strikes.
Your journey begins with a discovery call to understand your style and preferences. From there, every trip includes curated accommodation research, custom itineraries, concierge services, and dedicated support while you’re away.
VIP Clients pay a one-time $1500 retainer that will include all the above benefits for as many trips as they desire to plan in a 12-month period.*
*The 12-month period begins after we’ve had our discovery call and payment has been made.

No, we don’t handle flight reservations directly. However, we’re happy to advise you on the best routes, timing, and options to complement your itinerary.

We can’t reserve Airbnbs or vacation rentals on your behalf, but we do offer research support if you’d like us to vet options that align with your itinerary.

While we try to prioritize boutique and locally owned properties to support communities, we also understand that every traveler has different needs. If you prefer an all-inclusive resort experience or a trusted chain hotel, we're happy to design your trip around that. Our goal is always to create the experience that feels right for you.
